Our MD, Samuel Armour, recognises that the industry that we work in has life-threatening dangers, Work at Height, Electricity, Excavations, Plant Movement and adverse environmental challenges amongst them. All of these must be and are managed through robust certified management systems and by adhering to the company standards. Safe systems of work have been developed within the business and all staff have been issued with the latest technology to assist with real time information.
Through the effective management of our health and safety we can confidently state that the business has been built on these foundations and our continued success centres on the attitudes and behaviour of our management team and of our diligent field staff.
We have developed a positive safety culture by providing our staff the appropriate, information, instruction and training, encouraging their constructive feedback throughout.
